ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I hope that I did see something and not imagine it! Expecting to!
Felt that there was a slow dimming for about 3 to 5 secs, that is when I started to time it. 
But it seemed to brighten almost instantly. If a positive result feel that the accuracy is lacking!
